When clicking on the OnePlaceMail Folder on the left navigation of Outlook to view the SharePoint content an error occurs: 'Object doesn't support this property or method' or "Object Expected".

A user selects a OnePlaceMail Folder on the left navigation of Outlook to view/access the SharePoint content and receives a 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled' message.

You are using OnePlaceMail to save files to a SharePoint 2010 'Drop Off Library'. The library has been configured with 'Content Organizer rules' to route files. For example, a rule has been configured to route files to an appropriate library destination based on the content type of the file once it is saved to the “Drop Off Library”.

You are using Outlook with OnePlaceMail to access your email on multiple machines and you receive this warning on startup or during an Outlook session:

You receive the error below when dragging and dropping emails in Outlook using OnePlaceMail:

You add a OnePlaceMail folder in Outlook 2010 using “Manage My OnePlace Folders” or the configuration update process. The folder is linked to a SharePoint 2007 Document Library or List and when clicking on this folder in you receive a script error dialog similar to below:

You receive a prompt as below when filing to a particular SharePoint server. Once you click close you cannot proceed with the upload to this location.

On the SharePoint 2007 server, when you launch the OnePlaceMail Licencing Utility you are presented with the following error message.

You have successfully installed OnePlaceMail client, added your Site Collection(s) in OnePlaceMail Settings, however you cannot see your library or list to select in ‘Manage My OnePlaceMail folders’.
