OnePlaceMail provides seamless Outlook-to-SharePoint connectivity through:
- Outlook-to-SharePoint drag and drop – allows users to drag and drop emails and/or attachments into the SharePoint environment.
- Save-to function for Microsoft Office documents (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2003, 2007 and 2010) directly to Microsoft SharePoint.

Microsoft SharePoint 2010 ready

File your information assets directly from Office applications to Microsoft SharePoint 2010/SharePoint Foundation Server or SharePoint 2007 (WSS v3/MOSS).

OnePlaceMail automatically captures standard email attributes (To, From, Subject, Attachment names and includes the new conversation ID in Microsoft Outlook 2010) and promotes these to SharePoint columns. Additional SharePoint column information can be completed by the user at the point of upload or you can define the process to be an automatic upload (no prompts) on a library-by-library basis.
