OnePlaceMail provides an intuitive and familiar filing experience for saving emails and attachment to SharePoint.  OnePlaceMail lets users:

• Drag and drop emails to Microsoft SharePoint (no prompts). This captures email attributes automatically (including To, From, Subject, Date, Attachment names, conversion ID, etc) making it easier and more efficient to share information while increasing organisational information compliance.
• Duplicate email checking.
• Store emails in their native .msg format, maintaining the integrity of emails and attachments.
• Capture additional upload information as defined by the destination library/list and content type at the point of upload.

File Explorer – right-click, send-to

Upload files from the network drive.  Right click one or more files and 'send-to' SharePoint.  OnePlaceMail transfers any file type accepted by Microsoft SharePoint.

Consistent upload experience.  OnePlaceMail presents the same upload experience from all upload locations, including File Explorer, Office and Outlook and lets users access their favourite SharePoint locations.

Offline access

OnePlaceMail is aligned with Microsoft's significant investment in Workspace 2010 for securely taking content offline without impacting on Microsoft Outlook performance.

Microsoft SharePoint® Workspace 2010 provides a desktop experience for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 that synchronises content with SharePoint document libraries and lists.

SharePoint Workspace extends the boundaries of effective collaboration, offering online and offline access to SharePoint content. Users can synchronise document libraries and lists to their PC in a SharePoint workspace, work with the content locally, and then synchronise effortlessly, with the SharePoint Server 2010 when connected online.
