New Customer Focused Technical Support Role

The highly successful Scinaptic OnePlaceMail® is an industry leading solution helping organisations encourage the user adoption of SharePoint in over 26 countries by providing seamless capture & access to information direct from Microsoft Outlook, File Explorer and Office desktop applications.

Due to overwhelming demand, the team is expanding and is excited about the prospect of adding a new member to the team. A new support role has been created to provide prospective and existing clients with outstanding technical support.

This role is based conveniently in Manly, minutes away from the beach, public transport and the famous Manly Ferry and provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to enjoy a great work/life balance. Enjoy the beach lifestyle and café culture of Manly.

To be considered and successful for this amazing role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Must have previous product support experience with at least 2+ years supporting external clients on an international level
  • Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication skills. You must be able to communicate clearly, articulate issues and have the ability to communicate to both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting skills to resolve and/or escalate cases to the Software Engineering/Architect team.
  • Open to flexible work patterns in order to support clients in other time zones (USA, UK, Europe)

Technical Experience:

  • VSTO, Outlook, Office .Net Framework (not a developer but has basic knowledge)
  • SharePoint
  • Networking (understanding of networking concepts and technologies - TCPIP, Firewalls, DNS, SSL)
  • Windows operating systems, Exchange Server
  • Internet Explorer (zones, security settings, troubleshooting connectivity issues)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics or similar CRM database, in particular managing service cases and workflow processes
  • A “whatever it takes” work ethic is a must
