Kleinwort Benson implements the OnePlaceMail email management solution across its entire business
Kleinwort Benson, an independently owned bank, needed an email management system that would give all users the ability to access email and other information as well the ability to save emails and attachments into Microsoft SharePoint.
Upon evaluating the market, Kleinwort Benson discovered that OnePlaceMail was cost competitive and met all their requirements, and the solution was implemented across 600 users in three different jurisdictions.
Not only has OnePlaceMail streamlined the Outlook to SharePoint process, it has also improved client service by allowing client correspondence to be saved in one place that is accessible to all users.
