OnePlaceMail provides an intuitive navigation tree of all Microsoft SharePoint sites, libraries and folders the user has access to. Add favourite SharePoint libraries/lists in the form of Outlook folders in your My OnePlaceMail area in Outlook.
Folder Categorisation within Outlook
OnePlaceMail provides the ability to manage the categorisation of the SharePoint upload locations within Outlook. This enables the user the flexibility to work and manage filing locations according to their specific work habits and requirements. The categorisation structure can also be managed centrally by the enterprise. All information is ultimately stored within SharePoint in a consistent manner.
Automatic capture of email metadata for emails and attachments
Email attributes are automatically captured (To, Cc, Date Received, Date Sent, Category and others). Email attributes are also captured for attachments transferred separately from the email.
High flexibility with Upload Settings – Manage My OnePlaceMail Folders
Upload process can be customised by the user or centrally by the administrator to best meet all business requirements on a library by library basis.

Duplicate Email Detection/Filename Configuration
OnePlaceMail by detects if the same emails is being uploaded by multiple users. OnePlaceMail provide configuration options to implement alternate filename format options.
Folder Selection
If enabled on library/list, the Folder Selection window will appear on drag & drop. This window displays the folder structure of the destination library/list for efficient filing into complex folder structures within a library. The window remembers the collapsed/expanded state of a folder structure between filing operations. You can also set a default folder.
Dynamic metadata
If enabled on library/list, the File Upload Window will appear at the point of upload. You will be prompted to complete additional metadata including any custom columns in SharePoint.
Auto Upload to specific libraries/lists
If enabled on library/list, you can upload emails/attachments in a 1-step drag/drop process (and still capture all metadata).
Manage Attachments
Use the setting "prompt to 'save to SharePoint' on adding attachment to email" if you wish to save files to SharePoint when attaching them to an email message. OnePlaceMail will not attach the file but instead will insert a link into the email message that points to the uploaded file in SharePoint.
Post Upload Actions
The Upload Results Window provides the facility to View or Edit any uploaded items. This enables the user to continue editing the item properties and/or initiate a workflow process.
Right-click send to
OnePlaceMail integrates with the Windows right-click ‘send to’ menu. Files on network drives and personal folders can be uploaded in the same seamless way as emails and attachments.
Enhanced integration with Microsoft Office
OnePlaceMail integrates with Microsoft Office to provide easy access to SharePoint document management functions such as save directly to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail, check in, check out, discard check out, version history, visually compare changes between document versions, launch SharePoint search site and more.
Security
OnePlaceMail adheres to SharePoint security. Users can only upload or view content for libraries/lists where they have appropriate SharePoint access.
