BAMS is a complete system to manage projects through their lifecycle. The integrated workflow engine allows the BAMS to be configured to the way you run your projects and move them through the different stages of the project lifecycle.
Projects are broken down into tasks (different types of projects can have a predefined set of standard tasks). Resources can be allocated to these tasks and dates scheduled which flow through to resource calendars.
BAMS also contains a fully featured timesheet system which allows resources to track time spent on project tasks. This information provides a real-time analysis of project and task budgeted time versus actual time, with intelligent monitoring of when projects have been under or over scheduled, and when projects are running under or over budget.
BAMS provides the ability to create documents and correspondence. Furthermore, it stores relevant files against each project to ensure all information regarding a project is stored with the project. BAMS can integrate with your mail account to allow filing of emails directly to BAMS projects. Advanced integration with Microsoft Office applications allows project documents to be created from predefined templates which automatically pass BAMS project and client specific data into the Microsoft Office documents.
BAMS also incorporates a Customer Relationship Management module for managing your customers and contacts.
